Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines content and conduct that is not permitted on CineCLI. It applies to everyone who accesses the platform and forms part of our Terms of Service.

In short: Do not use CineCLI to create or distribute content that is illegal, that harms or deceives people, that sexualizes minors, that uses a real person's likeness without consent, or that infringes others' rights. Violations can result in content removal, suspension, or termination, and may be reported to authorities.

1. Scope

This AUP governs all generation, upload, storage, sharing and export performed through CineCLI, including text, images, audio (including synthetic voice) and video. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and the Responsible AI Policy. You are responsible for your inputs, your generated output, and how you use it.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use CineCLI to create, upload, or distribute content that:

2.6 Illegal & dangerous activity

Where you publish CineCLI output, you must comply with applicable AI-disclosure laws and the rules of the platforms you publish on, and you must not strip the labels or provenance that identify the content as AI-generated.

We use automated screening (including Amazon Bedrock Guardrails) and human review to enforce this AUP. Depending on severity, we may:

We may update this AUP as risks and laws evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

6. Reporting violations

Report content or conduct that violates this AUP to safety@cinecli.com. To report copyright infringement, use our Copyright / DMCA process. If you are the subject of misused likeness, contact safety@cinecli.com and we will prioritize your report.

Operator note (remove before launch): Align this AUP with the AWS Acceptable Use Policy and the Amazon Bedrock service terms for the models you enable, and add any region-specific obligations for your launch markets.
