1. Scope
This AUP governs all generation, upload, storage, sharing and export performed through CineCLI, including text, images, audio (including synthetic voice) and video. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and the Responsible AI Policy. You are responsible for your inputs, your generated output, and how you use it.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use CineCLI to create, upload, or distribute content that:
2.1 Child safety
- Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any form, real or synthetic, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Depicts minors in a sexual or suggestive context, or facilitates grooming or abuse.
2.2 Non-consensual & deceptive likeness
- Recreates the face, voice, or distinctive likeness of an identifiable real person without a verifiable consent record;
- Creates deceptive deepfakes intended to make viewers believe a real person said or did something they did not;
- Impersonates an individual, brand, or organization to deceive, defraud, or harm;
- Produces non-consensual intimate or sexually explicit imagery of real people.
2.3 Sexual content & nudity
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content;
- Content that sexualizes violence or non-consent.
2.4 Violence, hate & harassment
- Incites, glorifies, or instructs violence or terrorism;
- Promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics;
- Bullies, threatens, or doxxes individuals.
2.5 Deception, fraud & misinformation
- Fabricates statements by public officials or institutions, or misleads about elections, voting, emergencies, or public health;
- Facilitates scams, phishing, fake reviews, or fraudulent advertising;
- Misrepresents AI-generated media as authentic where doing so is deceptive or unlawful.
2.6 Illegal & dangerous activity
- Violates applicable law or facilitates illegal goods, services, or activity;
- Provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or other serious physical harm;
- Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, including using third-party characters, trademarks, or copyrighted works without authorization.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or weaken safety filters, watermarking, or provenance (including “jailbreak” prompts);
- Removing or altering C2PA content credentials or watermarks from CineCLI output;
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or overloading the service, or probing it for vulnerabilities outside an authorized program;
- Reselling or sharing access in violation of your plan, or using the service to build a competing foundation model;
- Uploading malware, or content you do not have the rights to use.
4. Disclosure obligations
Where you publish CineCLI output, you must comply with applicable AI-disclosure laws and the rules of the platforms you publish on, and you must not strip the labels or provenance that identify the content as AI-generated.
5. Enforcement
We use automated screening (including Amazon Bedrock Guardrails) and human review to enforce this AUP. Depending on severity, we may:
- Block a prompt or quarantine generated output;
- Remove content and issue a warning;
- Suspend or terminate accounts;
- Preserve records and report to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law (for example, suspected child exploitation).
We may update this AUP as risks and laws evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
6. Reporting violations
Report content or conduct that violates this AUP to safety@cinecli.com. To report copyright infringement, use our Copyright / DMCA process. If you are the subject of misused likeness, contact safety@cinecli.com and we will prioritize your report.
