1. What a sub-processor is
A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data or customer content on CineCLI's behalf in order to help us deliver the service — for example, cloud hosting, billing, email delivery, analytics or error monitoring. We remain responsible to you for the processing performed by our sub-processors.
2. Current sub-processors
The following table is a template that the operator must verify and complete before launch. Locations follow the AWS Regions and provider regions you actually configure.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud hosting & Amazon Bedrock foundation models | AWS Regions as configured |
| [Payment processor placeholder] | Billing & payment processing | [Verify — provider region] |
| [Email provider placeholder] | Transactional email | [Verify — provider region] |
| [Analytics placeholder] | Product analytics | [Verify — provider region] |
| [Error monitoring placeholder] | Reliability & error monitoring | [Verify — provider region] |
3. Change notifications
Customers can subscribe to notifications about changes to our sub-processor list. When we intend to add or replace a sub-processor, we will provide notice in line with our customer agreements so you have the opportunity to review the change.
4. Our commitments
- Due diligence. We assess the security and privacy practices of sub-processors before engaging them.
- Flow-down terms. We commit to imposing data-protection obligations on our sub-processors that are no less protective than those in our own customer agreements.
- Accountability. We remain responsible for our sub-processors' processing of customer data.
For how we secure data generally, see our Security & Data Protection page; for how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
