Sub-processors

CineCLI uses a limited set of vetted third-party providers to deliver its service. This page lists those sub-processors, what they do, and where they operate.

Last updated: June 13, 2026 · Version 1.0

Summary. A sub-processor is a third party we engage to process data on our behalf. We work to engage only providers that meet our security and privacy standards and flow our data-protection obligations down to them.

1. What a sub-processor is

A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data or customer content on CineCLI's behalf in order to help us deliver the service — for example, cloud hosting, billing, email delivery, analytics or error monitoring. We remain responsible to you for the processing performed by our sub-processors.

2. Current sub-processors

The following table is a template that the operator must verify and complete before launch. Locations follow the AWS Regions and provider regions you actually configure.

Sub-processorPurposeLocation
Amazon Web Services, Inc.Cloud hosting & Amazon Bedrock foundation modelsAWS Regions as configured
[Payment processor placeholder]Billing & payment processing[Verify — provider region]
[Email provider placeholder]Transactional email[Verify — provider region]
[Analytics placeholder]Product analytics[Verify — provider region]
[Error monitoring placeholder]Reliability & error monitoring[Verify — provider region]
Operator note (remove before launch): This list is a template. Replace each placeholder with the actual legal entity name, processing purpose and operating/processing locations of every sub-processor in production. Confirm the AWS Regions offered, and add or remove rows so the published list is complete and accurate.

3. Change notifications

Customers can subscribe to notifications about changes to our sub-processor list. When we intend to add or replace a sub-processor, we will provide notice in line with our customer agreements so you have the opportunity to review the change.

Operator note (remove before launch): Wire up the subscription mechanism (e.g. a mailing list at privacy@cinecli.com) and confirm the notice period committed to in your Data Processing Addendum.

4. Our commitments

For how we secure data generally, see our Security & Data Protection page; for how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
